It tastes better, its better for you, and it can be cheaper. Freeze leftovers for a later date, and if it comes down to it, eat less unnecessary foods like snacks and soda. You save at least extra hundred bucks a year if you saving on food actively. Believe me once you start doing this surely you’ll never afraid getting starve in the future.

    Hey, nice post, I agree with your thoughts.

    As long as we eat good food, we can eat plenty of it. Skipping meals is awful which many dont understand. It basically turns off your metabolism.....how is that going to make you skinny!?

    So where do I find this list? I've tried everything there is to try in losing weight and I lose weight but only temporary. Once I finish a diet I put weight again. It's very frustrating to see all my efforts are in vain and I think most of you have been through this as well. Besides fruit diets I also want to try a bariatric surgery do any of you have any experience with that?

    Quality foods like what you discussed are definitely a big part of the equation. It's all about having an overall calorie deficit. So long as we're burning more fat than we're storing, a lot of us would be much better off. Exercise is key here too.
