Interesting and I like the list, but... The claim that real skeletons were used in POTC from UCLA Medical Dept, doesn't fit. Some claim that plastics were not invented at that time. False, the first plastics were made for production in the mid 1800's. Nylon was invented and in full production before WWII. Also, the House of Tomorrow was first brought to Disneyland in 1957 and it was made entirely of plastic. Also, we are to believe that the Imagineers were more than capable of making unbelievably lifelike human characters (Great Moments with Mr Lincoln in 1964, not to mention all of the human pirates in POTC), but were incapable of making a realistic skeleton??? I think you need to take a hard look at the more logical probability concerning this legend of real skeletons being used and still so in the ride today, and that is that it made a great myth but there is no truth to it.

When Big Thunder Mountian was being built in Disneyland, the top rock tower was the first part of the mountian to go up. Some watchful eyed Cast Members noticed that if you stood in a certain location in the park, you could see that the top of the mountian had a strange resemblance to that of an erect penis with it's package. It stayed that way for a few months until Disney management had it altered. But before the change occured, a Cast Member took some pictures of it to prove that it really happened. (anyone interested?)

I was impressed to find so many things I never knew that existed. Now you planted inside of me a amazing wish, the one to have been visited Disneyland at least once in this life. Now I don`t know exactly if Disneyland is the biggest park in the world but the stories they putted on tape will life forever in our hearts.

Actually I was aware of few of these things on Disneyland, my last cruise there was quite interesting so when I like a specific destination I also want to know more about it. Disney is just great, if I were a parent I would insist in going back there but for now I am interested in experiencing more of this world so this year I am booked for Carnival cruises.

I've always felt that "It's a Small World" should have some type of marker for each culture, so people will know part of the world they are looking at. last time I was at the park, the european tourists behind me was mumbling "is that from from hawaii? or africa?"
