  • Great Tips! Yes there will be some pain along the way, and it is not all 'happy-go-lucky fun' when you are trying to get in shape and burn off excess body fat.

    But anything great (like meeting weight loss or fitness goals) is worth the effort.

    Drive through any 'roadblocks' and stay on track to success.

    Fitness is and should be fun...but on occassion...we do have to tough it out a bit.

    The old 'no pain, no gain' slogan has got some truth to it.
