    Great list, I found the point about making sure to rest between workouts is an important one as I find this my biggest struggle. I’m also considering trying out some legal steroids to see if they help me, at least to give me a boost while I gain confidence.

    Omg steroids really do great , but not taken excessively , legal steroids should be use only after checking with a professional trainer or physician
