But some women  have the issue of being embarrass having to experience: bladder weakness while doing their belly "removing exercise". This problem may be a temporary one that can be helped by the use of pelvic floor exercises and simple lifestyle changes, or it may be more serious, requiring surgery or other medical treatments.
