Thanks for sharing the list. I would recommend CurdBee (http://curdbee.com) as its one of the best billing application available for entrepreneurs. I've been using few services before but CurdBee offers a complete free account with no restrictions what so ever (no of invoices per month, clients you could add, etc.). Even the feature rich Pro account costs far less compared to its competition.

Every entrepreneur MUST use MindManager! Mind maps get me through everything:
    - Client report plannin
    - Proposal planning
    - Brainstorming
    - Stress management (yes I mind map everything on my mind if I get stressed out, organise it and feel better)
    - Workshop management (note taking live on a projector)
    - Project planning
    - Blog post planning
    - Strategy Planning

    Great list.

Google Reader and Gmail are essential tools for me. I'd add Twitter to the list. Twitter is a major source of good content (and even news) for me, and helps me stay on top :)

I have Tweetie for Mac on the list, which sort of implies Twitter. Thanks for the comment!

I would also add Twitter to your list. Especially if you are trying to increase traffic on your website. Twitter is nowadays one of the most efficient web marketing tool, under a surface of social marketing site there is huge machine that can and is increasing traffic of thousands of blogs and sites. The twitting and following ideas make people go crazy and make huge progress in the traffic increasing issue.

I've seen similar must have apps lists, but this is probably the most interesting. As of now gmail is the only one I use. I didn't know about gvoice until reading this, they must not have done much advertising on it. I will head on over to the site now to check it out.

The iPhone is by far the single most important asset that I have for my company. It lets me travel painlessly while keeping up with vendors, advertisers, and customers. The Apple adage of "there's an app for that" is pretty well right on. Anything I find I need for my business I've found an app that will help with it. It's my lifeline away from my desktop PC to keep my company running smoothly.

I'd also like to suggest Bill On Site - we just released our service this week, and feel we service an undermarketed segment: mobile users:

Bill On Site is a full-featured web-based invoicing system, with a unique twist: you can use Bill On Site on your mobile phone, enabling small business owners to send invoices to their customers while still on their client's site. All you need is a semi-recent phone – one with a web browser on it – and internet access on your phone.

Other invoicing services offer web-based access, but completely ignore the mobile web, making sending invoices on the go difficult at best, and impossible at worst. For Bill On Site, it's our sole focus, and something we're working on improving all the time.

All accounts come with a free 30 day trial, so if you wanted to try out the service, go ahead. No payment information is collected, so it is absolutely no-risk.
