Lol. I am with you on this one, for sure. Its not just real estate website that use them though, I have seen a lot of different industry blogs using these, chicklets? I didn't know they were called that. I personally have never used one, but they are pretty annoying to say the least, especially when they take up half of the page.

I once saw a blog that had over fifty of these stinking things in their footer. It was ridiculous.
